Gravity is a space for meditative journaling, helping deepen your relationship with yourself through journal entries called Pods. You can write a Pod based on Daily Reflections or Moments:
On Gravity, practice consists of short, audio meditations combined with reflective journaling (Pods). Here’s how to get started:
You can access all your Pods in the “Pods” tab. To view a Pod, simply click it, and swipe left or right to navigate between entries. If you wish to delete a Pod, click the ellipsis icon when viewing its content.
Revisit past reflections by clicking the Memories orb on your Home screen, which takes you to a random Pod from your past entries. Complete at least 10 Pods to unlock this feature.
At the top of your Home screen, your weekly log shows a green dot on days when you’ve completed at least one Pod. Click on the log to see your practice stats. Keep your streak alive!
Find daily inspiration in your Daily Quote. Click the star icon in the top right corner of the Home screen to view it.
Access your profile in the “You” tab, where you can view practice stats and invite friends to join Gravity. To adjust settings, click the ellipsis icon in the top right corner. Here, you can update your name, email, and daily notifications.
